Deftones Live

I was really excited for this concert. I think that they opened up for Godsmack, and I remember thinking that it was absurd that they were opening for such a shitty band. I remember this concert vividly. Abe's Tama set was baby blue and turned sideways so that he wasn't facing the crowd. They opened with Feiticeira and absolutely rocked. There were seats all the way to the stage but no one was there yet so we got all the way up to the second row. Chino came out into the crowd more than once, he seemed like he was really into the crowd and we responded. It was an awesome experience. The only thing that taints the memory is how packed it got when Godsmack came out and we got douched in beer by some assholes behind us. I've HATED Godsmack ever since that day.
